The facility brings brewing, packaging and distribution onto a single site, with process drainage, trade waste and services integrated into the slab design from day one.
Wash-down zones use jointless polyurethane toppings with coved junctions, giving the client a hygienic, easily maintained surface rated for thermal shock.
A separate customer entry and taproom was delivered without disrupting the production programme.
