Wines Constructions delivered a purpose-built cold chain facility combining freezer, chiller and ambient storage under one roof, with a dispatch dock designed for continuous 24-hour operation.
The envelope uses non-combustible panel systems and high-speed door interfaces to protect temperature integrity while maintaining throughput. Refrigeration, electrical and fire services were coordinated in a single model before construction commenced.
The project was handed over ahead of programme, with commissioning staged so the client could begin stocking the ambient zone while freezer testing continued.
